More Wishes and Hugs By-Laws

1. Meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month
2. Dues will be $10.00/month and may be increased or decreased by a majority vote of members. If a member is unable to attend a meeting, dues for the missed meeting are payable on or before the next meeting.
3. Members are expected to participate in one Random Act of Kindness group activity each month.
4. A member who finds herself unable to attend regular meetings and participate in group activities for an extended period of time may request her membership be placed on inactive status by contacting one of the officers. If the member wishes to resume her participation she may do so. No back dues will be payable
5. Types of memberships
   • Full memberships with voting rights are available to those who pay monthly dues and participate in group activities.
   • Sponsorship memberships are available to those who would like to contribute financial support but not attend regular meetings or participate in group activities. Sponsorship members will not have voting privileges.
6. Random Acts of Kindness and other group expenditures will be determined by a simple majority of members present at the meeting.
